Submission of Abstracts
Abstracts are invited for oral/poster presentation. The abstract should be submitted in MS Word format with the following specifications: Times New Roman, font size 12, 1.5-line spacing, as a soft copy. It should include the title, author(s), affiliation(s) of the authors, and keywords (4-6). It should not exceed 250 words and must be relevant to the conference theme. The name of the presenting author must be Bold and underlined. The soft copy of the abstracts must be sent to the email ID:[email protected]. Confidential peer review shall determine acceptance or rejection.
To submit an Abstract, please register online first and submit your abstract via email by February 10, 2026. Acceptance shall be communicated by February 10, 2026.”
Guideline For Poster Presentation
Participants are requested to prepare their posters, which should not exceed the dimensions of 3 feet × 4 feet (width × length). All the presenters are requested to be present during the poster session to answer questions raised by the delegates viewing the posters. The posters should contain a concise title, author and author affiliation, introduction, methodology, results, discussion, acknowledgement, and references. The scientific committee will decide whether an abstract should be presented as an oral or poster presentation. Their decision is final, and it will be communicated to each presenter in advance for her/his presentation. The presenting author is entitled to the poster presentation certificate.
Publication
A compiled volume of abstracts will be published.
